Owner and Director Estelle Delalande established Vision Industries & Performing Arts in 2017. She has an extensive array of Certifications and professional training in Dance, Entertainment and Acrobatics.
Estelle began her Teacher training in her home town of Yeppoon at the age of 12 before becoming a Student Teacher at the age of 15 teaching and choreographing her own classes. Over the years, she has been professionally trained or trained in: Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Pointe, Hip Hop, Urban, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theatre, Commercial Jazz, Showgirl, Acrobatics, Gymnastics, Cheer, Salsa, Zouk, Flamenco, Singing, Muscle & Bone Development, Strength & Flexibility Development, Fitness, CSDT Modern Jazz, CSTD Tap, Glenn Wood Tap, Acrobatics Arts, Aerial Arts and ATOD Tap.
In 2011 Estelle received her Teacher’s Certificate in CSTD Modern Jazz before being accepted into RAW Dance Company’s full time program on scholarship. Graduating in 2012 with Certificate IV in Dance after being trained by some of Australia’s best teacher’s such as Jack Chambers (SYTYCD winner, Singing In The Rain, Burn The Floor, Hugh Jackman’s musical and much more) and International renowned teachers such as Kelly Abbey (choreographer on SYTYCD and Broadway Musicals). Estelle also has her certifications in Acrobatic Arts Module 1 & 2 as well as Aerial Arts Hoop certification.
She was fortunate enough in 2013 to receive a Secondment with professional contemporary company Expressions Dance Company gaining extensive choreography and contemporary training. Estelle performed a professional contemporary show by Nerida Matthaei and gained a place in European agency Starlight Productions in 2014.
After an extensive amount of time auditioning and professionally performing, Estelle made the shift to Teaching and Choreographing for Dance Schools and Schools such as Allstars Performing Arts, Dance Nation, Dynamite Studios, Rivermont College, Griffith University and more. While teaching she also began her career in the Children’s Entertainment Industry with Artistic Management and Life Like Touring from 2015 to 2018.
Cheer and dance school, Vengeance Industries, snapped Estelle up and made her head of Dance and creative director where her Tinies Jazz group became AASCF 2016 National Champions. She also competed with Bad Girls Club winning AACSF 2016 Hip Hop Co-ed Pinnacle Competition. In 2017 she travelled to Disney World Orlando, Florida to compete with Bad Girls Club at Worlds (largest Cheer & Dance competition in the world) where they came 5th International Team and 8th in the world.
After the closure of Vengeance Industries in Jimboomba, Estelle made the decision to create her own Dance school taking on the students who wished to continue training with her. She has then continued her training and received high marks for her Module 1 & 2 through Acrobatic Arts and received multiple choreography and special awards for her routines at competitions.
Due to Estelle’s training and connections she is able to find professionally trained teachers and choreographers and give students opportunities outside of VIPA for training and coaching. Her goal is to give her students the same love and passion of dance and offer training to students who wish to venture into full-time training programs to gain a professional career in the arts.

Monique completed her Ballet training in the Cecchetti Method and RAD (Advanced and Solo Seal) in Sydney and London (at Ballet Rambert) before embarking on a successful international professional ballet career as a Soloist throughout Europe for over 10 years in Classical Ballet and Musical Theatre.
Upon her return to Australia Monique completed her teaching qualifications where she received the rarely awarded Enrico Cecchetti Diploma and Licentiate Diploma in History and Anatomy studies by the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in London and in 2005 Monique was awarded her Cecchetti “Fellow” – the highest teaching qualification awarded by Cecchetti Ballet Australia.
Monique trained under Jan Metcalf FISTD, FCBA. CICB Senior Cecchetti Examiner, Prudence Bowen FRAD Dual RAD Examiner, Valrene Tweedie OAM, and Dame Marie Rambert and was privileged to have coaching from former Cecchetti students Margaret Craske, Nora Roche and Laura Wilson in London.
Monique has been teaching for over 27 years and has been successfully coaching elite ballet students on the Northern Rivers for the past 20 years. Monique offers expert dance tuition in a disciplined but encouraging, caring and nurturing environment whether for a vocational career in dance or as an enhancement to the overall general future of the recreational student. Monique is registered to enter ballet examination candidates in both RAD and Cecchetti. Monique is particularly passionate about early childhood learning and growing healthy happy youngsters as well as the other end of the spectrum Fitness and Wellnes for older people, beginners, returners or continuers as well as the mobility challenged and is building a beautiful older community of adults wanting to be healthy and active in a beautiful gentle artistic setting.

Miss Monique
Caprice started her dance training at the age if 2 in Broadbeach Gold Coast, than moved to Tamborine and continued her training at Dance Nation and all4Dance before making the move to Vision Industries & Performing Arts in 2020.
Began her student teaching in 2021 shadowing VIPA's Owner & Principal Estelle Delalande in genres including; Jazz, Tap, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Lyrical and competitions as well as Hip Hop with previous teachers. She continues to expand her teaching training with VIPA and additional courses.
Caprice has participated in classes for her own dancing journey in Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Cabaret and Competition Teams.
In 2022, she completed her Certified Training with the professional staff at Acrobatics Arts and is a Certified Teacher in the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus for Module One. Caprice is also an Assistant In Nursing and works within the aged care community showing great assistance when it comes to first aid care.
Caprice is passionate about dance, loves to see younger dancers grown and gain more confidence within their skills and celebrate their achievements.

Bree Gulyas is a commercial dancer and choreographer based in Brisbane, known for her abstract lines and explosive movement.
Bree previously trained at Launch PAC, under the mentorship of Michelle Hopper-Doyle, before furthering her hip hop training at Kinetic Creative Studio, under the mentorship of Rhys Hume. Through these connections, Bree has also had the privilege of training under renowned choreographers Sela Vai and Gustavo “Goose” Polanco.
Throughout her professional career, Bree has had the privilege of choreographing pieces for multiple Brisbane and Gold Coast based dance studios and schools, performing in promotional material for music videos and recently competed internationally at Summer Jam Dance camp in Vietnam.
Bree’s choreography blends her technical and street training to create a focus on pushing physical boundaries and unique shapes.
She is currently working on several creative projects to release later on in the year, and hopes to choreograph for artists on stage and in music videos, along with other media based material.
Bree strives to instill resilience, individuality and creativity amongst her students. She has a passion for teaching and strongly believes in creating a safe and encouraging classroom for her students to flourish.
